A Home Valuation report also called "Comparative Market Analysis" (CMA) will show you what you can expect from the sale of your house in today's market.
This report contains all current real estate listings and recent sales activity in your neighborhood, It shows:

- How long these homes were on the market before they sold.
- How fast you can expect to sell your home at your desired asking price.
